| Bio | Jeremy Chase Osborne, age 17, died Sunday, September 1, 2002, as the result of a car/pedestrian accident in Panama City, FL. He was born on January 6, 1985, in Kansas City, KS, son of Dickie D. and Cheryl Ann (Werning) Osborne. He resided in Independence, MO, and had attended Van Horn High School. He moved to Florida in late May to reside with his father and was a senior in high school at Panama City, FL. Family graveside services will be held at the Salem Church Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Osborne and paternal grandfather, Charles Osborne. Survivors include his father and paternal grandmother, Dorothy Osborne, Florida, maternal grandparents, Elmer and Clara Werning, Higginsville.
