| Bio | Marc Christopher Ray, was born May 30, 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri. Marc passed away September 30, 2022 in Kansas City, Kansas.
Marc was the second child born to Shirley Ray and Matthew Ray.
Marc attended Van Horn High School.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents James and Virginia Bynum, paternal grandparents Matthew and Doris Ray, uncles Robert and Charles Ray, aunt Carmela Goodrich, cousin Michael Goodrich.
He enjoyed fixing on his beloved truck and an occasional trip to the casino.
Marc was a resident of the neighborhood he grew up in for 50 years and everyone knew him as a friend and neighbor.
He was always making jokes and was usually the life of any party.
Marc's memory will be forever cherished by his children Javon Howie, Sharneice Finney, Money Marc Finney and Marcean Smiley, Mother and Father Matthew Ray and Shirley Ray, brothers Bryan Ray and Kelly Ray, sister Krystal Ray and Choron Fox, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friend DeeDee Robinson.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022, 11:00am at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Interment Blue Ridge Lawn Cemtery. Visitation will be from 10a-11a at the chapel. Service conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel. |
