| Bio | Licia holds a Bachelor's degree in education and a Masther's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After 15 years of working with young children and their families, she began working with adults, teaching at Penn Valley Community College and the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While she still teaches occasionally, she spends most of her time on stage (or getting there!) and doing the occasional commercial/voiceover. She has been seen locally at the American Heartland Theatre, Quality Hill Playhouse, the New Theatre Restaurant, the Unicorn, the Kansas City Repertory Theatre and the Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre. |
