Anthony Tyrone Riley, 58, was born June 27, 1961 to Hubert Riley, Jr. and Gloria Marie Mitchell in Wyandotte, Kansas. His paternal grandparents, Hubert, Sr. and Rosielee Riley, maternal grandparents, Winfred and Beulah Mitchell, and two brothers, Hubert “Chucky” Riley III and Rickey Delano Riley preceded him in death.
Anthony was affectionately called “Tony.” Tony graduated from Van Horn High School in 1979. He worked at Truman Medical Center as a Floor Specialist for 17 years.
Tony professed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Tony love music, cowboy movies and football. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed and forever loved. He departed this life on Monday, December 2, 2019 Research Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
Anthony Tyrone Riley leaves to cherish his memory one son, Anthony Tyrone Riley, Jr; one daughter Tameshia Henderson of Kansas City, Missouri; father Hubert Riley Jr. (Judy); mother Gloria Marie Starks (Joseph); three brothers, Andre Kevin Riley, Hugh Smith Jr., Byron Robinson; two sisters, Tonya Denise Riley Higgins (O.J.) AND Yvette Marea Smith; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends; along with Diane Riley and Sarah Watson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Lawrence A. Jones and Sons Chapel 1800 East Linwood Blvd. Kansas City, Missouri 64109. No Visitation. Private Disposition. |
