| Bio | Earl Dean Hayes, 52, of Independence, Mo., passed away April 15, 2013. Visitation will be held from6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Newcomer's Floral Hills Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 7:30 p.m. Dean was born Oct. 17, 1960 in Independence. He was an Eagle Scout, a member of the Tribe of Mic- O-Say, former member of Loyal Order of the Moose, member of Fairmount Christian Church and an avid NASCAR fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Nadine Hayes and brother, Gary Hayes. Dean is survived by brother, Randy Hayes and wife Trenna; sister, Barbie Sterbenz and husband Alan; sister- in-law, Loretta Hayes; nine nieces and nephews and a host of close family and friends.
