Bio | Lawrence Harold "Larry" Wilson Jr., 44, Raytown, MO (formerly of Independence, MO), passed away August 21, 2002, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, MO. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 23, at George C. Carson & Sons Independence Chapel, and 2 p.m. Friday at Sheldon-Booth Funeral Home, Rich Hill, MO; burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Rich Hill. Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Carson chapel. Larry was born April 2, 1958, in Independence, MO. He was a 1976 graduate of Van Horn High School and a lifelong area resident. He was preceded in death by two infant brothers, grandparents, aunts and uncles. He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Dora Cameron Wilson, Rich Hill, MO; three sisters, Judy Richardson of Kansas City, MO, and Janice and husband Bill Lee and Roberta and husband George McMullen, all of Ottawa, KS; nephews, Pvt. John Lee, Ft. Ustes, VA, Matthew Lee, Ottawa, KS, Jeremy Richardson, Independence, MO; two nieces, Sarah Lee, Ottawa, KS, Stephine Richardson, Independence, MO; one great-nephew, Tyler, and one great-niece, Lacie, both of Independence, MO.
