| Bio | Several years ago I reclaimed my birth name of Kevin Day. In 2009, after 30+ years of no contact, Janet Porterfield ('77) and I serendipitously met. She decided I was less of a jerk than the teenage Bufton, and we married in 2012. Long before that, though I majored in accounting, I soon shifted to high school English teacher, retiring in 2021 after 33 years. Now there's time for reading, gardening, volunteering, tennis, home maintenance, and just relaxing. |
