| Bio | Vickey L. Morris, 45, of Kansas City died Thursday, May 22, 2003, at her home. She was born Sept. 4, 1957, in Kansas City to Dean L. and Virginia L. (Owens) Morris. She was employed as a packer for Empire Containers. Her survivors include her companion of 15 years, Mitch Cox, and one son, Steven Cox, both of Kansas City; her parents, Independence; four brothers, Kerry, Bob, and Jim Morris, Independence, and Don Morris, Kansas City; two sisters, Rose Rathman and Georgia Hurt, Independence. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. A celebration of life will be conducted between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Mount Washington Forever Funeral Home. Family and friends may leave condolences at www.forevernetwork.com.
