Bio | Judy L. Weir On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, July L. Weir, loving mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away at the age of 64. Judy was born September 12, 1956, in Kansas City, MO, to Keneth and Freda (Rush) Neill. After high school, Judy married Randy Weir on June 13, 1977, and worked in various fields until she retired from Stone Manufacturing Inc. in 2014, where she made many lifelong friends. Judy was a great friend and was always available with a helping hand for those she loved. Her greatest joy was to be with her family, particularly her boys. She could always be found cheering loudly from the stands at one of her grandson’s games or listening to them tell her whatever was on their mind at the time. Judy always showed her support for her boys with unapologetic enthusiasm. Quick with a loving hug, or a giant belly laugh at one of their jokes, her delight was always with her boys. The pride and love Judy felt for her son, and his sons, always shined bright in her eyes. Judy was preceded in death by her husband Randy Weir, and her sister and very best friend Patty Hill. She is survived by her son Toby, daughter-in-law Amanda, and grandsons Kaden and Waylon Weir, her parents Keneth (Aretta) and Freda Neill, and brother Randy Neill. A Celebration of Judy’s Life will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove, Missouri.
