| Bio | David Mark Chaney, 58, passed away October 3, 2014. Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 7 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3601 S. Sterling, Indep., MO. Mark was born February 28, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Homer and Mildred Lee (Neaves) Chaney. He was preceded in death by his parents and adored father figure, Kenny Swartz. He leaves his daughters, Christina (Justin) Deardorff and Alana (David) Martin; sisters, Linda (Larry) Shoemaker and Brenda Cook; 3 grandchildren, Parker Deardorff, Pierce Deardorff and Macenzie Hinds; niece, Susan Shoemaker; nephew, Brad Shoemaker; adored mother figure, Lorene Swartz and other family and friends.
