| Bio | David Doyle Burch of Independence, Mo., passed away February 16, 2008. There will be a visitation on Thursday, Feb. 21, at Mt. Washington Forever Funeral Home, 614 S. Brookside Ave., Independence. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Mt. Washington United Methodist Church, 584 S. Arlington, Independence. Dave was born on Feb. 9, 1955, in Kansas City, Mo., to Joe D. and Lois Burch. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Joe (Don) Burch He is survived by his wife, Darla Burch; daughters, Sarah Millsap and Lindsey Burch; mother, Lois Burch; sister, Vicki Chamberlin; granddaughter, Devin Faith Millsap; and grandson, Gage Rylee Popplewell.
