Bio     David Earl, 67, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away on July 20, 2024. He was born in Independence, Missouri on December 9, 1956. David graduated from Van Horn High School and went on to become a master-certified RVDA/RVIA Technician. He was well-known for his expertise in RV repair and it was often said by family members, "If Dad can't fix it, no one can." Beyond his professional life, David was a man of many passions. He was a lover of music, enjoyed fishing, and had a knack for making everyone around him laugh. His homemade ice cream was a treat eagerly anticipated at family gatherings. David was a walking dictionary, a captivating storyteller, a history buff, and a connoisseur of music. David's family was central to his life. He was a devoted father to Jeremy Earl, Chris Earl, Jenni Wilson, Nikki Smith, and Tyler Yaley. Perhaps his greatest joy was his cherished role as a grandfather to eleven grandchildren. David is survived by his siblings Barbara Kabrick, Michael Earl, Frank Earl, Raymond Earl, Stephen Earl, and Jamie Earl. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Selma Earl; his brother Danny Earl; and his beloved wife, Jacquelyn Earl. The Earl family has entrusted Hidden Valley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, with the arrangements. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. David's memory will live on in the stories told, the laughter shared, the songs he loved, and the quiet moments by the water with a fishing pole in hand. He will be missed immensely by all who knew and loved him.
