| Bio | Merrilyn Sue Peters, 60, of Independence, MO passed away June 30th, 2016. Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm, Wednesday, July 6th, at Charter Funerals, 5000 Blue Ridge Cutoff. Funeral service will be 12:00pm following the visitation. Burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. Merrilyn is survived by daughters Christina Benz (Brian), and Kimberly Cooper; sons David Peters (Brittany), and Joseph Peters; nine grandchildren Mikalah, Jaidyn, Dylaina, Elijah, Josiah, Adrian, Ariana, Devin, and Ava; and mother -in-law Cheryl Peters.
