Bio     David "Dave" Lynn Renfro, 60, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He was born April 21, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to George Allan Renfro and Geneva Pearl Byrd Renfro. Dave was a member and deacon of the Rosenberg Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Dave was a Tire Service Technician at Houston Metro for over 40 years. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Ramona "Mona" Lynn Douglass Renfro of Rosenberg, Texas and his sister, Wanda "Jane" Richards of Independence, Missouri, his beloved pets...Ginny Lynn & Tom The Cat and his best friend BeauBeau. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Kenneth Renfro and his sister, Velma Raines. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the Houston Central Seventh-day Adventist Church Address: 9425 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, TX 77064 Phone:(281) 890-1002 at 3:00 P.M. The family will receive friends starting at 2:00 at the church. A service will be held at Park Lawn Funeral Home in Kansas City, Missouri on Monday, January 18th at 11:30 A.M. with visitation starting at 10:00 to 11:30. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Rosenberg Seventh-Day Adventist Church, P.O. Box 217, Rosenberg, TX 77471. (281-232-6368), to assist with transportation for Dave for burial in Missouri. Dave will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
