Bio     Debra Ruth "Debbie" Orndoff, 66, ofGrain Valley, MO passed away, November 4, 2021. Debbie was born on October 20, 1955 in Clinton, Missouri, the daughter of Herman Wayne and Ruth (Hunter) Coleman. She attended/graduated from Van Horn High School in the class of 1973 and continued to take some courses at MCC and UCM. Debbie did clerical work by day, by night she would love to spend time with her family and friends. She loved to get out and go shopping and loved some quiet time at home watching HGTV. Debbie and her loved ones would love to go and have dinner, enjoying special time with each other. Debbie loved to spoil her granddogs, Cooper and Nash. She would listen to country music and even took a trip to Nashville, which she enjoyed very much. Debbie would enjoy all these things but the thing she loved best was her son, Jason. Debbie was a daughter, a sister, a mother, an aunt, and a great friend; and she will be missed dearly. Debbie is survived by her son, Jason Orndoff; father, Herman Wayne Coleman; sisters, Marva Jo (Patrick) Johnson, Donna Bongiovanni; best friend, Deb Klumpp; nieces and nephews, Chris Manley, Eric Dold, Anna Burnette, Katee Burnette; and many other extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth (Hunter) Coleman; sister, Bobbi Burnette; niece, Amy Scarborough. A graveside service will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 12:00 pm., at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens in Independence, Missouri. Contributions may be made in Debbie's honor to: Susan G. Jerry is a VH Alumni (1960) and will be gifting a Falcon sculpture he created to VH at this time. All school alumni are welcome to attend.
