| Bio | Billy D. Austin, Sr., 63, Independence, Missouri, passed away January 11, 2019. No services are planned. Cremation has taken place.
Billy was born March 12, 1955 in Independence, Missouri and graduated from Van Horn High School. He worked for Block Real Estate as a maintenance engineer for over eight years. He loved his job and worked many hours by choice. He also enjoyed working on his truck and his home. Most of all he loved spending time with his granddaughter and family. He was a member of Community of Christ S. Crysler Congregation.
Billy is survived by daughter Alyssa Austin and husband Tylor Hall, Ft. Riley, KS; son Billy D. Austin, Jr., Independence, MO; daughter Dawn Austin; son Brian Austin, both of Toledo, OH; sisters Connie Malone, Springfield, MO; Becky Caruso, Albuquerque, NM; Lorrie Ross, Independence, MO and granddaughter Anneliese.
