Dwane and Clara Joan (Williams) Owings welcomed the birth of their daughter, Candice, on April 2, 1953 in Independence, Missouri. Candice married Rex Dean Marble in August of 1974 and he passed away on November 3, 2006. She married Paul Lee Daniel on November 21, 1993; he passed away on January 18, 2012. She graduated from Van Horn High School, Kansas City, Missouri in 1971.
