| Bio | I only attended Van Horn High School during my senior year. I transferred from Scott Air Force Base in Illinois and prior to that, I was at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. My favorite classes at Van Horn were Current Affairs and English IV with Maude Rogers. I met several friends while attending Van Horn High School and lost two friends - one in 1973 and one in 1977. I am now a writer of children's books. I enjoy photography and history. My husband and I have attended a lot of programs at the National WWI Museum and we also enjoy programs and art on display at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. We have also attended several functions, including three ballets, at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. |
