| Bio | Jerry E. Langley, Jr., 54, Kansas City, Mo., went to be with his Lord on October 4, 2007. He was living in Yokosuka, Japan, at the time of his death. He is survived by his only son Natsuki of Yokosuka, Japan; mother Elizabeth and father Jerry Langley, Sr. of Kansas City, Mo.; one brother, Charles E. Langley of Independence, Mo.; one sister, Christine R. Langley of Kansas City, Mo. Jerry was a Vietnam era veteran, with the U.S. Navy stationed in Japan. After discharge he continued to live in Japan, where he met his former wife and had a son. He worked for MWR in Yokosuka, Japan for 29 years and would have retired next year with 30 years of loyal service. Services will be held in Higginsville State Cemetery with military honors at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2007.
