Joe D. "Don" Burch Jr., 50, Sugar Creek, died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002, at Independence Regional Health Center.
Mr. Burch was born July 11, 1952, in Kansas City. He worked for Geo Space and was a member of Mount Washington United Methodist Church and the Teamsters Union. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe D. Burch Sr., and two sons, Justin D. Burch and Eddie Zucca.
His survivors include his mother, Lois Burch, Sugar Creek; three daughters, Heather Carter, Christina Wyble and Cari Burch, all of Independence; a stepson, Justin Williams, Raytown; a brother, David D. Burch, Independence; one sister, Vicki Chamberlin, Sugar Creek; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services were today at Mount Washington Forever Cemetery, Independence. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of the George C. Carson and Sons Independence Chapel. |
