| Bio | Wayne Browning, 70, a lifelong resident of Independence and Blue Springs, Mo., he graduated from Van Horn High School in 1970. For decades, Wayne bought and sold antiques, specializing in toys and advertising artifacts. He became one of the leading authorities on antique toys throughout the nation. Wayne leaves one son, Blake; a sister, Genie Smith; and a brother, Mark. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 21 at Mt. Washington Cemetery in Independence, Mo. |
