LeRoy Van Gosseen 63 of Holt Missouri died Thursday Sept. 11, 2014 at his home. Born on March 22, 1951 in Richmond CA. to Van and Lois V. (Parish) Gosseen. He was a high school graduate and attended college. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army where he served as a signal station supervisor for army intelligence in Germany during the Viet-nam war.
He worked as an electrician for Broski Brothers Fence until his health began to fail.
LeRoy was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his son Bryan Gosseen of Overland Park Kansas; his daughter Catherine Ann Schaefer of Spokane Washington; his father Van Gosseen of Holt Missouri; 3 grandchildren Jack, Olivia, and Lucy Schaefer.
The family will receive friends 6-8pm Monday Sept. 15, 2014 at the Bailey Cox funeral Home Lathrop MO. Interment will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville Missouri.
