| Bio | HENRY L. (HANK) COOK - Henry Lee Cook, 60, passed away January 19, 2012. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at Lee's Summit United Methodist Church, 114 SE Douglas, Lee's Summit, MO. Henry was born March 17, 1951, in Kansas City, Mo., to Raymond Wesley and Mary Margaret (Merkel) Cook. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joseph. He is survived by wife, Debbie; beloved daughter, Alex. Hank owned and operated Royal Map Company for many years. He was an avid sports fan supporting the Chiefs, Royals and MU Tigers.
