| Bio | Karl died in just after Christmas in 1991 in a car-train accident near his house. At the time of his death he had a 6 week old daughter, Emily. He founded a hydrogeology consulting company, now called Souder-Miller Associates. Addition to information: The Karl Souder Memorial Award is presented annually to a New Mexico community environmental activist by the New Mexico Environmental Law Center in his honor. |
