| Bio | Robert E. "Bob" Hartley, 62, Independence, MO, passed away April 20, 2013 at home with his loved ones. Private graveside services on April 25, 2013. Bob was born on August 25, 1950 in KCMO, the son of James and Jean Stafford Hartley. He graduated from Van Horn High in 1968 and went on to earn his degree from CMSU. He was a member of Mt. Washington Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, siblings Jamie Ramsey, Bill and Jim Hartley, his 2 daughters Cory Arthur and Katie Pecina and his son Rob Hartley.
