| Bio | Nephi 'John' Himes, 50, Independence, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Himes was born April 21, 1949, and was a lifelong resident of Independence.
His survivors include his wife, Barbara Himes, and sons, Jamie Himes and Eric Himes.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Passantino Brothers Chapel, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City. Cremation. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
