Bio | John Alan Lindmark, 63, of Grain Valley, Mo passed away on December 22nd, 2011 at St. Luke's Heart Institute from complications of a heart failure. Memorial service will be 6pm on Wednesday Dec. 28th at the Cross Creek Baptist Mission Church, 1050 SW 15th St., Oak Grove, MO, 64075. A visitation will be from 4-6pm prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Marvin Lindmark Scholarship Fund at William Christian High School or to The Melanie Grace Fund c/o Lee's Summit Education Foundation. John was born on July 14th, 1948 in Fort Lewis, Wa. He was an avid garage saler and his greatest joy was being grandpa. He was preceded in death by Granddaughter Melanie Grace Lindmark, Parents Marvin and Belly Lindmark of Independence and nephew Marvin Lindmark III. Survivors include wife Pam Lindmark, Daughter Ms. Jany Moore, Son Mr. & Mrs. Jesse Moore, Son Mr. and Mrs. John Allen Jr. Lindmark, Son Mr. and Mrs. Jake Taylor Lindmark, 5 Granddaughters and 4 Grandsons, and brother Mr. & Mrs. Marvin Lindmark II, nephews Russ and Jeff Lindmark and Faithful companion Britney the Winnie dog.
