| Bio | Ronald Jess Lightner, 68, peacefully passed away at home in Independence, MO, on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
He was born on June 18, 1949, to parents Jess and Velma Lightner.
He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. He is survived by daughter Christina Lightner Dutton (Brian); grandchildren Rylee, Madison and Kyle Dutton; sister Sandra Moore (Mark); niece Jessica Moore; great nephew Christopher Moore.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2018, at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, MO 64138. A celebration of life will follow the services.
