Michael Scott Six, Sr. 66, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Thursday December 4, 2014 at his home. Funeral Mass with Father John Bolderson as the celebrant will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 8, 2014 at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church 4313 State Route 7 Hwy., Blue Springs, MO 64015. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 prior to the mass. Memorial contributions may be sent to the church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meyers Funeral Chapel Blue Springs, MO. Michael was born December 30, 1947 in Kansas City, MO the son of Donald K. and Rosetta May (Welliver) Six. Michael was the owner and operator of Mike Six and Son Drywall. He was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and a resident of Blue Springs for 43 years. He enjoyed spending time at his Lake of the Ozarks home bass fishing and hanging out with his family and friends. He also loved watching NASCAR, football games and being a loving grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ralph Six.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years Joanne Six the love of his life, daughters Lisa Boyd, and Missy Probst (Preston) both of Independence, MO, sons Michael Six Jr. (Michelle) of Blue Springs, MO, and Roger J. Graham of Shawnee, KS, sister Donna Field (David) of Greenwood, MO., grandchildren Aaron, Sydney, Jessica, Kaylie, Erica, Kirstin, Kylee, and Gage, and four great-grandchildren. |
