| Bio | CHARLES S. (CHUCK) TIGNOR Charles S. (Chuck) Tignor, 68, of KCMO, died peacefully at his home May 19, 2016. He is survived by his wife Dixie, son and wife, Alex and Kate, grandchildren, Eric and Haiden, mother, Mary, brother, Richard as well as three sisters-in-law, three nephews and four nieces. He is former owner/operator Independence Sign Company. A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Tiffany Greens Golf Clubhouse.
