| Bio | After graduation, Charles joined the Army, married and deployed to Viet Nam where he welded helicopters. He remained in the military until 1979 and returned to Independence. He was employed at Honeywell when he was befallen with a stroke and one week later succumbed due to complications from the stroke. His service and burial was at Leavenworth National Cemetery. |
