| Bio | I retired after 35 yrs as a safety professional in the insurance industry. My job was to prevent things from being damaged or destroyed and keep people from being hurt or killed. My wife of 45 yrs, a beautiful girl from Richmond Mo., is a retired librarian. We travel the world visiting our children and friends. We have two children. Our son is an Army veteran and Arizona state graduate. Our daughter graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Her husband is a West Point graduate also. They have two children. Our children have over 5 years deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Our son has over seven years as a contractor in Afghanistan. I am very proud of our children and all they have accomplished and endured. It’s not fun having your children in harms way for years at a time. God bless our active duty military, our veterans, and their families. They are the ones keeping us free. |
