| Bio | Linda Costigan Phifer, 58, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at her home in Independence, Mo. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Majorie and Elmer Costigan. She is survived by her son Paul Phifer of Des Moines, Iowa, and her brother Dennis Costigan of Mililani, Hawaii. Linda will be greatly missed by her many friends, family and neighbors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 920 Main St., Kansas City, MO 64105. Arrangements made by D.W.
