| Bio | Lynda Y. Jones Services were held Monday for Lynda Y. Jones, 42, Polo, Mo, formerly of this area, who died July 19, 1990 at the home. She was born in Independence and moved to Polo in 1989. She was a licensed Practical nurse. Survivors include three sons, James Mathis and John Mathis of Kansas City; and Richard Jones Jr. of the home; a daughter Tina Simsheuser, Peculiar, Mo; her father, Malcolm Burd, Long Land, Mo.; her mother, Edna Wright Voyles, Richmond; two brothers, Dennis Burd, Kansas City, Kan., and Robert Voyles, Excelsior Springs; three sisters, Carolyn Snyder, Camden, Mo.,Judie Mansell, Napoleon, Mo., and Chris Leer, Phillipsburg, Mo.; her paternal Grandmother, Florence Burd, Gladstone, and eight grandchildren. Buriakl was in the Mount Washington Cemetery. |
