Bio | Cynthia Ann Carson, 64, Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 after a battle with cancer. Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Private family graveside services will be at Floral Hills Cemetery. Cynthia was born August 15, 1947 in Kansas City, MO the daughter of Henry and Flora (Stodgell) Bressman. She was employed with the 39th Street Independence Wal-Mart for six years. Cynthia was an avid reader, enjoyed cross stitching, and recently took up fishing for crappie and bass. Most of all, Cynthia loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Carl Bressman and her parents. Survivors include her companion and friend, Richard Martin; children, Bill Prentiss and wife Tami, Michelle Keiter and husband Jim, Shawna Evans and husband Don, Joseph Siebert and wife Mandy, Jessica Martin and husband Kenny, Jeannette Saing and husband Sovuthy; grandchildren, Courtney, Jordan, Danielle, Alex, Conner, Caleb, Bethany, Jessica, Nathan, Zach, Isaiah, Jenna, Major, Rory, Bree, and Jasmine; great grandchildren, Bryon, Nathan, Iliana, Averyk; sisters, Janie Salisbury, Wanda Earls, Vollie Hathaway, Connie Martin; brothers, Floyd Bressman, Henry Bressman, John Bressman and additional nieces, nephews, and family. |
