| Bio | Larry F. Lasater, 70, passed away January 1, 2018, at Western Missouri Medical
Center in Warrensburg, Mo.
Larry was born February 7, 1947, in Warrensburg, Mo. Larry graduated from CMSU
with a double major in music and industrial arts. He spent over 30 years as a high
school teacher in Kansas City and Independence, Mo. Larry played the organ for
various churches for 59 years since he was 11 years old. He was most recently a
member of Christ Episcopal Church in Warrensburg. Larry was a member of the
Army reserves in 1970.
He is survived by his wife Peggy of 45 years; son, Andy and his wife, Sonya, and
three grandchildren, Cason, Mckayla and Zachary.
Funeral services will be noon Saturday, Jan. 6, at Christ Episcopal Church,
Warrensburg.
