Frank was surrounded by those he loved and who loved him at the time of his passing. He had such a kind and loving heart. He was easy to talk with, fast to laugh with, and had an incredible wit to match his extreme intelligence. His family and grandchildren were the center of his life. Watching all of his grandchildren’s sporting events was the highlight of his days. Frank was proud to serve our country as a military intelligence officer in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. Frank was involved in his local churches serving as an elder but was mostly passionate about outreach ministries, going on mission trips to Guatemala and Haiti. He loved fishing, going to the movies, the Lake of the Ozarks, traveling the world, and skiing the Rockies with his wife, Maxi. Frank was also a proud Eagle Scout and a Sigma Tau. Frank loved all sports, but especially the Chiefs and Royals. Frank was extremely successful in his career in both sales and management positions in the automotive and large equipment industries. There will never be enough words to describe how much he will be missed by his family and friends. Although we know he is whole again, and we take comfort in that, the void left behind in our lives will never be filled. His generous spirit lives on as an organ donor.
May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun strike warm upon your face, and until we meet again may the Lord hold you in the palm of his hand. – An Irish Blessing
