Bio | Linda Jane Wilson, 69, Liberty, Mo., passed away Monday, February 27, 2017, at her residence. Cremation is planned. Memorial service at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at Waldo Restoration Branch, 819 W. Waldo Ave., Independence, MO 64050 with visitation to follow the services. Donations may be made in her name to the Center Place Restoration School. Linda was born Nov. 10, 1947, in Independence, to Leonard and Gwendolyn (Thomas) Crimm and has been a lifelong area resident, graduating from Van Horn High School in 1965. She was a teacher at Center Place Restoration School for a number of years. She was very passionate about serving the Lord and teaching young people about religion. She was a member of the Lexington Restoration Branch and the Women's Council. She was married to Lonnie Wilson on Jan. 3, 1986, and they enjoyed just over 31 years of marriage. Survivors include her three children, Zach Wilson and wife Aubree and Levi Wilson and Dana Kennedy and husband Jeff, all of Independence; brother, Steve Crimm of Independence; sister, Peggy Jordison of Independence, and three grandchildren, Megan, Andrew and Hazel.
