"Bill" Allen, 49, El Dorado, died Sunday, June 30, 1996, as the result of an accident at El Dorado Lake. .Mr. Allen was born May 10, 1947, at Independence, Mo., and was a resident of El Dorado for 14 years, moving from Salina. He served in the Marine Corps Reserves, and was senior vice president of loan servicing at Mid-Continent Federal Savings and Loan. Survivors include his wife, Patty of the home; two daughters, Paula. Edwards of Maysville, Mo., and Jennifer Kingsley of Leon; his parents William and Betty Allen of Blue Springs, Mo.; a brother, Virgil of Independence, Mo.; a sister. Sue Alumbaugh of Blue Springs; and three grandchildren The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carlson Funeral Home. 200 S Star, El Dorado 67042 Burial will be in Sunset Lawn. Cemetery.
