Sadly George Herald lost his battle with cancer and passed away on Saturday April 8, 2017. He was in Van Horn class of 1963. George worked as a Chiropractor in Glendale, AZ before retiring to the St. John, FL area about 8 years. George was the younger brother of Robert (Bob) Herald from Van Horn’s 1960 class. George was the son of the late Robert, Sr. & Frances Herald. He is survived by his wife Rose of 48 years, of the home, his son George, Jr (Tammy), and daughter Melinda (David), his brother Bob, (Janice), seven grandchildren, many nieces & nephews, cousins and friends. His wish was to be cremated and the arrangements are pending, but they will be held in Florida.
