| Bio | Dan had just been appointed to the newly created position of Public Defender for the state. There were 6 other attorneys appointed by the Governor and he was the youngest among them. He was rreturning to St Joseph after a visit with Dick Carlilsle in Kansas City, when his car went off the road during a big ice storm. Check out the basketball pages in the yearbook for a reminder of his talent. He was such a special guy. |
