Bio | Sharon Arinda (Frazell) Schultz born July 7, 1942 in Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2020 in her home surrounded by loved ones at the age of 77.
Sharon was the 9th of 10 children born to William Henry and Ruth Arinda Frazell. She graduated from Van Horn High School in 1960 and was married to Carl F. Schultz October 6, 1962. She was a loving, gentle soul who always put the needs of others first. Her family, friends and neighbors could always count on her when they were in need. She loved spending time with her family but she especially enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Their baby years were her favorite. Even at 77, she would light up when her great grandbabies visited. She was an amazing cook who loved to feed people. She was known as the ‘Kitchen Elf” in her later years because of her need to be a helper in the kitchen. She brought much joy and laughter to those in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Carl F. Schultz, parents Ruth Arinda (Speer) Frazell, William Henry Frazell, —and 7 siblings, Mary Frazell, Elizabeth Usnick, Oren Frazell, William Frazell Jr, Edward Frazell, Jim Frazell and Hassel Frazell.
She is survived by her daughters, Carol McGinnis and Elizabeth Schultz, her grandchildren, Gabriel Schultz and Sarah Finlay, Maia Schultz and Ismael Delis, Lauren McGinnis and Connor McGinnis and her great grandchildren who referred to her as GiGi, Ismael (LB) Delis, Dollicia Delis and Carter Schultz, and her favorite sister, Dorothy Marchetti, and niece Julie Hair- spouse, Finley.
She came to saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ about a month before she passed away. She shared Jesus with those she encountered and is now in His presence worshiping Him for eternity. Praise God!
