| Bio | William E. "Bill" Colley William E. "Bill" Colley 66, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on April 9, 2008. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008 followed by funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Washington Forever Funeral Home, 614 S. Brookside Ave. Independence, MO. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Bill was born on February 17, 1942 in Independence, MO to Odell and Ola Mae (Cathcart) Colley. Bill had worked as night manager for Stephenson's and served as a custodian at Mt. Washington Baptist Church. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Joyce Caswell. Among his survivors are his brother Tom Colley and sister in law Letha of Overland Park, KS. 3 nieces: Jody Colley of Richmond, CA, Cathy Bohan and Connie Brown both of Independence, MO. and nephew Bryan Colley of Kansas City, MO.
