Bio | Joseph E. Campbell, 70, of Independence, MO passed away December 20, 2012. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. followed by a 3:00 p.m. service on Sunday, December 23, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. Joseph was born October 6, 1942 in MO to Joseph F. and Lillian A. (Griswold) Campbell. Joseph was a lifetime member of the NRA and was a current member of Elks Lodge in Blue Springs, MO. Over the years, he had worked at Mobile Oil, Altronic Inc. and Cummings Diesel Electric. He was a lover of the outdoors, enjoying trap and skeet shooting, hunting and fishing. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Janice Campbell. He is survived by his loving daughter, Michaelle Mancini; two grandsons, Derek and Jacob Lehane; brother, Richard Campbell and wife Lyla; brother-in-law, Ray Salva Sr. and wife Donna; as well as his nieces and nephews, Jana Slocum, Richard Dean Campbell, Lynn Brouchard, Ann Lehane, Raymond Salva Jr. and John Matthew Salva.
