| Bio | Sadly, our friend Jerry Fain passed away at his home in Raytown on March 5th 2020. He is survived by his son Joe of the home and one brother, Bill—(class of 1962), of Grain Valley. He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy McAdams (class of 1962) and two brothers and two sisters.
Shortly after graduating from Van Horn in 1959, Jerry spent 4 years in the US Air Force; not long after his return to Independence he and Nancy married and spent most of the next years in Raytown, until Nancy’s death in 2006. During this time, he worked for Armco Steel. After retirement, he enjoyed his time pursing his hobbies of tennis, golf, hunting and fishing.
As Jerry wished, no services and was cremated. Rest in Peace. Bye for now, until we meet again. |
