| Bio | John E. Zornes, age 79 of Hudson, WI, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his home. John was born November 29, 1940 in Independence, Missouri to Harold and Ruth (Yambert) Zornes. John served as an Airman first class in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in England. On November 27, 1994, John was united in marriage to Cathy Richter on the island of Kauai, HI. Early in his working career, John worked for Xerox as a Regional Sales Manager. He used his background and experience in printing and sales to operate his own business in the programing and sales of practice management systems for orthodontists. The couple moved to the Twin Cities area when his company later merged with Rovak Inc. located in Lake Elmo, MN. Most recently, John combined his artistic eye for detail, a love of photography, and an appreciation for the newest and best electronics into a business of graphic design, sublimation printing and videography. John enjoyed spending time at
home with Cathy and their Pomeranians.
John is survived by his wife of 25 years, Cathy; his children, Debi, Dereck, Darren, Marc (Dewi Novianty) and Robin (Andy) Anderson; and their children; brother, Jerry (Leslie); sister-in-law, Betty Jo; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Kent.
A celebration of John's life will be held at the Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, WI, in the spring of 2020. |
