| Bio | 10/12/20071940-2007 Sherry Sue Ross, 67, St. Joseph, Mo., passed away Friday, October 12, 2007, at Heartland Hospital. Sherry was born March 3, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo., to Richard A. and Doris (Clouse) Eads. She worked at several banks, retiring from Bank of America in Winnemucca, Nev. She was preceded in death by her parents. She married "J.D." Ross on May 11, 1957, in Kansas City. He survives of the home. Sherry is also survived by two sons, J.R. Ross and wife Leslie, and Curtis Ross and wife Diane; four grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Cristine and Justin Ross, all of St. Joseph; and sister- in-law, Phyllis Tittle of Independence, Mo. Mrs. Ross has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel, in St. Joseph. Family to receive friends 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to American Cancer Society.
