Donna R. Morelock, 79, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017.
She was born September 27, 1938 in Kansas City, Missouri to Charles and Margaret (Caskey) Cooley.
Donna married Jimmy Morelock, March 5, 1960, he survives of the home.
She was a member of First Church of Nazarene.
Donna was a writer for different newspapers, including, St. Joseph News Press (Young at Heart), Independence Examiner, Excelsior Springs and Kansas City. She enjoyed arts and crafts and genealogy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Kent James Morelock; step-father, Harold Lowe.
Additional survivors include, brothers, Steven Cooley (Paula), Robert Cooley, Walt Lowe (Emma); sister, Mary Beth Clary (Melvin).
